Front-End Engineering Design (FEED)
Scope definition, process hazard analysis (HAZOP), preliminary P&ID development, control philosophy documentation and SIL determination studies — establishing the technical basis for the full project scope before detailed engineering begins.

Detailed Engineering & Design
Full production of all instrumentation deliverables: instrument index, datasheets, loop diagrams, termination drawings, cable schedules, junction box layouts, control panel GA drawings, cause-and-effect matrices and control narratives. All documents are checked, reviewed and issued in accordance with your project quality plan.

Procurement & Factory Acceptance Testing
Technical bid evaluation and award for all I&C equipment and control systems. We manage vendor inspection, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) witnessed by client and discipline engineers, ensuring every component meets specification before it reaches site.

Site Installation & Pre-Commissioning
